YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These general conditions of sale govern the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed by GARDEHOME SRL. All contracts for the sale of products by Gardenhome srl to third parties are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and order confirmation for the purchase of the products themselves. The Conditions of Sale applicable to the order are those in force on the date of the order itself.
CONCLUSION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The receipt by Gardenhome srl of the order confirmation transmitted by the customer via electronic transmission determines the conclusion of the contract. The customer, by sending the Order Confirmation, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with Gardenhome srl, the provisions contained in these Conditions of Sale. The forwarding of the Order Confirmation therefore presupposes the knowledge and acceptance by the customer of these Conditions of Sale, as well as of further information contained in the pages of the site. With the conclusion of the contract, Gardenhome srl undertakes to provide the customer with the products, under the terms and conditions set out in these Conditions of Sale. Once the contract has been concluded, with the receipt of the order confirmation by Gardenhome srl, a message containing the order details (product name, product code, size, quantity, price, shipping costs if applicable, payment method) will be forwarded to the customer by email.

DELIVERY METHODS

Gardenhome srl delivers the goods. To ensure timely and safe delivery of purchases, it has chosen to use the most reliable couriers operating on the national territory. The purchased goods will be packaged with the utmost care directly in our store.

If the carrier does not find anyone at the recipient's address on the first passage, it will leave a paper notice indicating the day, time of passage and the communication that they will carry out the passage the following day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a paper notice identical to the previous one is left with the recipient. After the second delivery, the goods are placed in storage. The courier will also leave a telephone number for the recipient's local branch to arrange delivery. However, the notice of storage does NOT authorize the recipient to go to the local warehouse and collect the goods without the consent of Gardenhome srl.

PRICES

The prices of the items are expressed in EURO, include VAT (value added tax) and are valid in all countries. The ordered goods are accompanied by an invoice or Delivery Note.

SHIPPING COSTS

The payment of the price of the products and the related shipping costs must be made by the customer using one of the methods provided on the site.
BILLING

To issue the invoice, it is essential to indicate the VAT number in the case of a VAT subject. In other cases, enter the tax code. In any case, consider the address data as those relating to the tax domicile.

ORDERING METHODS

Next to each product that can be purchased on the Gardenhome srl website there is an “Add to Cart” button with which you can include the chosen item in your cart. Inside your cart the customer finds all the products that he has selected and therefore intends to purchase through a single final transaction. The chosen product, the description, the quantity requested, the price of the same are displayed on the shopping list. Before confirming the order it is always possible to eliminate a previously selected product from the shopping list or change the quantity requested. The total amount is then recalculated based on the new composition of the list, its value, and it will also be possible to change the type of payment chosen. In the shipping data section the elements necessary to carry out the shipment and to issue the related tax documents are requested.
WARRANTIES

The products are depicted and made visible on the site accurately and corresponding to the characteristics actually possessed. However, Gardenhome srl is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to the images and colors as they appear on the customer's monitor. Imperceptible discrepancies in colors may also occur between the various production batches.
PAYMENT

Online payment must be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery or credit card (Visa or Mastercard, Paypal and Postepay); the payment procedure by credit card requires the insertion of the type, number, expiry date and holder of the card used. Gardenhome
