Reduce your CO2 costs: With the BG-CO2 Timer you can reduce CO2 emissions for your mosquito traps up to certain time windows. It is possible to set two start and end times per day for CO2 emission.

 consumption reduction up to 75%
 longer life of the cylinder and lower costs
 a single BG-CO2 timer can regulate more than one trap simultaneously
 the BG-CO2 timer can be applied to all Biogents traps and works with a 9 V battery (The battery should last nine months)
 the BG-CO2 timer is mounted between the CO2 source and the trap, to which the CO2 tubes are already attached. It can adjust up to five traps at once

To set the times it is important to observe the hours of mosquito activity. This may vary depending on location.
Examples

The following examples are by way of general recommendations. Please adapt them to your situation:
Hours for the common mosquito: 6:00 – 9:00 and 16:00 – 23:00
Flood Mosquito Times: 7:00am – 11:00am*
Tiger mosquito hours 7am – 10pm

* In the beginning, when the discomfort is greatest, we recommend keeping the CO2 on 24 hours a day. When the population begins to decline, the CO2 timer can be set to the recommended times.
